About Radio Rentals Las Vegas
A small local team. Eighteen years keeping Las Vegas connected.
We started in 2008 with a van, a bench, and a Motorola programming cable. Today we stock one of the largest local communications inventories in Southern Nevada — radios, phones, tablets, and hotspots, all on our shelves here in Las Vegas — and we still pre-program every order ourselves.
Our story
Radio Rentals Las Vegas was founded by a former event production manager who got tired of showing up to gigs with factory-default radios that didn’t talk to anyone. The whole company started as a side project: rent radios, but actually program them before pickup.
That single decision — that the gear should work when you turn it on — is still the whole company. Eighteen years later, we’ve grown to thousands of devices across the categories events and industrial crews actually use: two-way radios, cellular phones, tablets, and Wi-Fi hotspots. We added each as our clients asked for them. We’ve never had a sales team.
What we have is a small crew of techs who know mobile comms cold, a fully-stocked depot off University Ave., and a phone number that rings the person who’ll handle your order. Everything ships from here in Las Vegas — nothing is drop-shipped from out of state.

How we work
Three things we won’t
compromise on.
01
Radios that work on arrival
Pre-programmed, tested, battery-charged. The job starts the moment the case opens. Anything less is a waste of your show’s most valuable resource — time.
02
One human, start to finish
Your quote, your delivery, your troubleshoot at 2am — same person. No queues, no escalation paths, no “let me transfer you.”
03
Honest specs, honest counts
If you’re asking for too many radios, we’ll tell you. If you need fewer, we’ll tell you that too. We’d rather sell less and keep you as a
client.
The crew
The whole team. No call centers.
Every one of these people will answer the phone if you call. We don’t do auto-attendants.

Milestones
A short history.
2008
The garage years
Daniel buys 40 used Motorola CP200s on a tip from a Strip techie. Starts
renting them out of his Henderson garage on weekends.
2012
First convention contract
A 200-radio deploy for a CES exhibitor. The first job big enough to justify a
real depot.
2015
Move to University Ave.
Current home base. 5,000 sq ft of fleet storage, bench programming, and a
charging room you can hear before you see.
2019
Hotspots, tablets, handsets
Clients keep asking. We keep buying. By the end of the year, we’re a full
mobile comms shop, not just radios.
2024
1,000-radio milestone
Single-day deploy of 1,003 radios across three convention centers. Six
techs. One case lost. (We found it.)
2026
Now
1,200 units. Same University Ave depot. Mostly the same crew. Still pre-
programming every order ourselves.
